Off The Trail Vacation Rentals and Campground is looking for a highly organized candidate with excellent people skills.
This candidate has a passion for giving outstanding customer service and can always greet people with a smile throwing out the red carpet for our lodging and campground guests.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to learn and manage reservation systems.
A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings and weekends is a requirement.
The best Guest Services / Front Desk Clerks have tremendous patience when dealing with guests by addressing their needs and questions with courteous enthusiasm.
*Guest Services / Front Desk Clerk Responsibilities* * Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed * Administering check-ins and check-outs * Completing all aspects of the check-in procedure for every guest, paying attention to every detail * Handling payments * Answering phones with a pleasant voice * Taking reservations on the phone * Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out * Maintaining a clean and neat work environment * Being a source of information for guests on matters of lodging and area attractions * Accommodating general and unique requests * Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests *Qualifications for Front Desk Agent* * *MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
