*JOB TASKS:*
* Provide excellent and professional customer service to clients via phone and in-person
* Maintain client confidentiality when speaking with clients, Financial Advisors, outside investment companies, etc.
* Keep detailed notes of client contact, FA instruction, and follow ups on assigned tasks
* Schedule client and prospect appointments, update calendars, confirm scheduled appointments, and track incoming prospects/sources
* Comply with and learn all Bison/Ameriprise Financial procedures and policies
* Assist in administrative and building upkeep tasks
* Communicate promptly with Client Service Manager or Operations Manager regarding mistakes and potential problems
* Assist with processing client requests and account service
*JOB SPECS:*
* 43 hours/week
* $28,000 salary
* Salaried (paid bi-monthly on 16th and last day of month)
* Monday-Friday
