Ball Eggleston is seeking an attorney to join the firm’s transactional law practice group.
The attorney will work collaboratively with other partners, associates, and paralegals in one or more areas of transactional law practice, including business & corporate, real estate, estate planning, estate administration, and land use & zoning.
Ball Eggleston expects that the candidate would eventually become a partner/shareholder of the firm.
Ball Eggleston was founded in 1950 and is located in Lafayette, Indiana.
The firm is located just across the river from Purdue University, providing an opportunity to attend Purdue athletics events, concerts, etc.
Lafayette is only a short drive to Indianapolis and Chicago.
In 2023, the Wall Street Journal named Lafayette at the top of rankings list for Emerging Housing Market Index for affordable housing.
The firm currently has 12 attorneys, who represent clients in a variety of areas, including business, real estate, estate planning & administration, personal injury, and general litigation services.

Position requirements:
· Minimum 2 years experience
· Experience in transactional law, such as business law, real estate, estate planning, or estate administration
· Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana and in good standing
Ball Eggleston offers the following benefits:
· Salary range: $75,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
