WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Routine rounding with patients and employees.
Promote and maintain effective communication within department, service line and teams.
Participate in and support shared goals of department, teams and organization.
Prepare and present capital, expense and personnel budgets.
Monitor utilization of equipment, supplies and personnel.
Review all financial reports on an ongoing basis.
Assist with implementation and evaluation of emergency procedures (fire, disaster and emergency situations).
Meet the requirements to pass all mandatory inspections.
Responsible for the goals set through employee and patient satisfaction.
Assist Imaging Services quality manager with Performance Improvement Plan.
Assist with the investigation for patient complaints and provide feedback to assist Imaging Services Quality manager in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS Associate's Degree in Radiology or related field - Required Bachelor's Degree - Preferred 2 years Supervisory experience - Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required Radiography (ARRT-R) - Required - OR - Nuclear Medicine Technician Certification Board (NMTCB) - Required - OR - Registered Ultrasonographer (ARDMS) - Required - AND - X-Ray Operators (OPCERT) - Required TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Up to 20% EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER It is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law.
