Quality Assurance Manager

Duties: - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures - Oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement - Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues or areas of improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions - Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance programs - Prepare reports and presentations on quality assurance activities for management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.

, engineering, quality management) Working Knowledge of methodologies (SPC, TQM, AQP, PPAP) and quality standards.
- 10 years experience in quality related field with automotive or construction equipment manufacturer.
