We are seeking a Director of Dining Services for Indiana Veterans Home Senior Living Community in West Lafayette IN
The Director of Dining Services is the strategic business leader of the community’s food and beverage/culinary operation ensuring resident and client satisfaction by providing a consistently high-quality product and best-in-class hospitality, while also meeting financial goals and driving a positive work environment.
You will oversee the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensure implementation of the Compass Community Living’s service strategy as well as be the face of the company.
* *Salary* -Starting the conversation at $80,000- $90,000+ based on skill and experience.
_*HIGHLY Preferred*_
* Experience in Leadership Food & Beverage in Hospitals or Senor Living Communities
* A minimum of 3 years in Food & Beverage leadership roles
* Experience in Healthcare Food & Beverage management
* \*CDM
Key Responsibilities:
* >Directs daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met
* >Formulates budgets and plans for the operation
* >Maintains and implements standards of quality in all areas of the food service operation
* >Develops client, customer, and staff relationships, to ensure account success
* >Develops and implements plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables, and budget to support client and Chartwell’s strategic plan
